Happy birthday, America. For the 234th time.

For those of you who still bother to watch my dA account, or read my journals (and that's probably not many people by now, but oh well)... the wait is over. At long last, the definitive digital photography collection by the one and only Son of Mayhem is here. In other words, I finally finished uploading my photo portfolio from my trip to California. Ok, just got back from vacation at Hilton Head, SC... pretty solid. Great weather, great beaches, alligators aplenty, the Salty Dog Cafe, and parasailing. Yes, parasailing. It was awesome.

And yes, I WILL upload my photo portfolio from California sometime soon. Like this week, hopefully. I know, I can be such a slacker when it comes to stuff like that.

So I went to see the Rise Against concert last night... effing amazing! Pretty solid opener with the Riverboat Gamblers and Rancid, and then Rise Against was incredible. They played Collapse (Post-Amerika), Drones, Paper Wings, Re-Education (Through Labor), Long Forgotten Sons, Chamber the Cartridge, Audience of One, Blood to Bleed, The Good Left Undone, Savior, The Dirt Whispered, Survive, Prayer of the Refugee, the acousic version of Everchanging, Hero of War, Give It All, Ready to Fall, and a few others... pretty much every song I could ever wish for. One sick setlist. And I managed to sneak into the front of the pit right before they came on... even got to grab the mic from Tim McIlrath's hand! One of the best times of my life.

My life is now pretty much complete. Hells yes.
